Location: BYDGOSZCZ, VOIVODESHIP KUYAVIAN-POMERANIAN

The implementation is a modern facility with demonstration centers, workshops and "live laboratories". The center consists of two parts - the office, which occupies a total of approximately 2,000 m2, and the hall one with a total area of approximately 4,000 m2. The facility will also include two large Open Space rooms. The hall part has been divided into larger and smaller halls with areas from 900 m2 through 360, 90 to the smallest, respectively, only 60m2. Laboratory rooms and workshops are provided as places to create, implement and test projects. Land development around the investment was also designed and implemented comprehensively.

Location: MIEJSKA GÓRKA, VOIVODESHIP GREATERPOLAND

The investment consists in the comprehensive construction of a sports and entertainment hall, consisting of a sports hall with an internal field of 24x44m with a division into fields, including for volleyball, basketball, tennis, handball, with curtains enabling the division of the hall into parts, as well as a grandstand for spectators. The implementation also involved the implementation of a small room for fitness and aerobics classes. There were also rooms for teachers, cloakrooms with sanitary facilities, and other rooms necessary for the functioning of the sports and entertainment hall, including the needs of the disabled. The area around the hall was also developed, including internal roads, pavements, as well as parking spaces and greenery development.

Location: PNIEWY, VOIVODESHIP GREATERPOLAND

The works were aimed at building a new part of the production building with a total area of over 12,000 m2 – including a production hall, switchgear, concierge, warehouse, fire hydrant, decks, car parks, squares and maneuvers. The reconstruction of the technical building and the boiler room, the demolition of parts of existing production buildings and the execution of new technical and technological infrastructure were also performed. The new building has been put into operation as scheduled.

Location: ŁOWYŃ, VOIVODESHIP GREATERPOLAND

In Łowyń, a full-scale design project was implemented along with a comprehensive proces of the production hall – for the production of ecological fuels from straw together all together with the social and office part. The area covered was 2.92 ha, undeveloped and unarmed. The project has a usable area of 2201.60 m2 and a volume of 22483.91 m3, creating a coherent whole from both technological to the aesthetic point of view

Location: NOWA SÓL, LUBUSZ VOIVODESHIP

In 2017, the design and production company IDEAPRO Sp. Z o.o. In the area of the southern economic zone of Nowa Sól a modern three-aisled production and storage hall with a support structure of steel girders and an office building with traditional masonry, mullion and transom construction has been erected.

Location: KOMORNIKI, VOIVODESHIP GREATERPOLAND

Commitioned by Levant company, in Komorniki, a warehouse building along with an office spaces was built. The total usable area is 6678,76m2. The construction consisted of the design together with the complete proces of the construction works.

Location: GNIEZNO, VOIVODESHIP GREATERPOLAND

The building in Gniezno is 3300 m² of usable area of steel production and warehouse hall. As requested by the investor, PKOB Wegner has been responsible for the whole proces starting with full design service with visualization, execution projects and full infrastructure and ending with the valid license for use.
