We are happy to announce that we have signed a contract with Nexity, thus becoming the general contractor of a 6-story residential building with an underground garage hall at ul. Brneńska in Poznań. Malta Point, as the investment is called, has over 4,700 sq m of usable space, with 98 apartments.
